ADH by CAR

Alpe d’Huez can be reached easily by car, from the north of France. The Port of Calais is  just over an 8 hour drive  – depending on the number of stops you make. Departing from the UK , the most common route is Dover to Calais, where you have a choice between the Eurotunnel or various Ferry routes.

We recommend taking the toll roads to travel down through France, they will cost you approximately €70 – €80 but will save you hours in time.

Please ensure your vehicle is suitable to be drive in the snow and ice. For information refer to www.gov.uk/driving-abroad/
